yesterday i played a diana jg game but took cait runes by accident (fleet footwork) but it was very good and did a lot of damage. I an new so i dont know much about runes and stuff but it was acually procking like a static shiv chain current thingy which was very cool.

nobody plays olaf (1.25% pickrate) but one in ten of this games is olaf jungle... imo his strongest role (objectively it seems to be the case with 1% more winrate.)

Stormsurge does NOT burst. You'd think a challenger player would know that.. Squalls damage is pretty low and it is delayed, if you want burst, just get Shadowflame.
