Doesn't look strong enough, a little pin holding a nut on a rebar, should be duct taped too.

thats strong , but why duct tape, it most likely will not stick from oil residue left after threading, over all it seems an expensive way of making rebar anchor bolts since its a fixed end by pinning the nut, but we seen only that production run i guess

U know nothing Dave... Snow? Pin is used just to mix the resin. Its designed to break at given torque. Otherwise You could not make any pretensioning.

epistte not sure what you intent to say with that. Anchor bolts need to grip in concrete, analog to rebar...

I'm an engineer. I know what a bolt does. You cannot thread into concrete because it has almost no tensile strength. If you need to thread into concrete you need some sort of insert.

If you "have" to thread into concrete you need an insert. That is how a REAL engineer would say it.
