I have a question about frame rate. When you choose the frame rate to render at the end, are the frames used for rendering equal to the frames in the animation editor? So if you plan on rendering at 60 fps in the end, then you need to take into account that 60 frames = 1 second when you're working on the animation, right? If you worked with 30 frames = 1 second when making the animation and then rendered at 60 fps it would look like your animation was sped up.

@@FakeGuthix01 honestly that’s a good question. It’s always been hard to tell what exactly is a second… 8 seconds is about 180 frames. 15 seconds is about 400-600 frames. What MMD does is it renders the frames, and then the frames you can’t see in between the frame when rendering in 60FPS. You’d probably be better with blender for accurate frame readings when using FPS

watching this has made me realize how much animators go through to make complex animations like fighting scenes or just a simple dance, the amount of work, time and patience one must have to make something so simple and short is just crazy, i have a new found respect for any animator now, great video

thank you so much i spent the last three or four days being stubborn and refusing to watch any tutorials so i figured a lot of things out naturally but just in the WORST way possible. like i did not use the move or rotate functions, i only would move stuff using the rotation around the axes. ITS SUCH A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE I HAVE TROUBLE WITH COMPULSION FOR THINGS LIKE I SEE A LIL WONKY PART AND WANT TO FIX IT AND THEN I BLINK AND ITS BEEN TWO HOURS AND IVE ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING. You can find models on deviantart or aplaybox! you need an account for both and i believe i SORTA covered how to load em BUT there should be tutorials online!

Hello. I'm new to this whole MMD thing and I was hoping you could help with something. I watched a video on how to do Manashiku's Genshin Impact Shader but for some reason when I apply the shadow ramps and light maps, my model gets brown hair and the clothes become completely black.
