26:00 What do you think about separate concurrent periodization? For example: Monday: intensity - bench, volume - OHP, dynamic effort - deadlift. Wednesday: intensity - deadlift, dynamic effort - bench and OHP. Friday: Intensity - OHP, volume - bench and deadlift. With this concept you focus on 1 (heavy) lift and don't have to worry about being tired with the other heavy lifts.
