They literally had plenty of opportunities to handcuff him. These dudes can't fight, grapple, or handcuff worth a d@mn. He wasn't even a threat like that. I thought we were going to see him swinging and kicking or something.

These cops seem to be getting off on beating him. Having his arms held behind him while the other officers are teeing off on him with head and face shots. Tasing him repeatedly while feeding him a diet of pepper spay and fists is just getting off on abusing power. They almost had a gang mentality.
