Best thing about this is that it adds animations to avatars that don't have them, mostly old ones or super small sized ones. Now we can use everything without worrying about it.

I really wish VRChat would just incorporate this stuff natively, especially for the Quest standalone version.

Hell honestly something like this should be baked right into vrc. I imagine a clever coder making fbt possible very similar to puppetry, having sort of shortcuts to those different modes on the fly when you want to utilize them. I'm sure even religious fbt users would still find it fun to hop on with only their controllers every now and then and still have this. Very cool advancements here!

I've been using Standable before 2.0, and I've loved it since. I usually describe Standable to others as 75% fbt, if that makes any sense.

Gonna be using this when I get my 4th tracker and start using my Quest 2 with Continuous. IK SUCKS and pencil pose goes is a really good feature.

Personally I find Standable 2.0 more "stable", and I like the legs more than Virtual Dekstop's. With Standable I can do things like lay on my side, which I couldn't seem to do with Virtual Desktop. There's a bit of give and take though, as Standable doesn't use the Q3's cameras, so it can't actually see if your legs are behind you to make you enter a crouched to prone position and will always default you to sitting or laying down. I also like Virtual Desktop's elbow tracking better, because it can actually see your elbows move.

@@Atiklyar this makes me wish I could turn off virtual desktops lower body emulation and leave upper body tracking on and then run standable along with it. the problem right now is you could run both but standable will be watching VD emulated trackers and sense they don't go out of alignment aka drift it wouldn't snap back to standables
