I have to tell you this… since my scope surgery on my knee the doctor told me I had to strengthen my lower body; but I was nervous. I’m so grateful that I found you because I can finally do exercises to strengthen my knees without feeling pain afterwards. God bless you!!!!! Keep the knee friendlys coming please.

Happy to see workouts without squats or lunges. I very easily gain thigh muscles and squats and lunges make my thighs really bulky. Also these exercises don't strain my knees which is also nice.

Go ahead and do this workout.....I did this one and the Day 1 (Fat Loss) video...great workout and I LOVE, LOVE the countdown clock and the beep at the halfway point. Can't wait to do more of Mr. & Mrs. Muscles videos!!!!

Finally! 💪 I have the time to post. By far, this is the BEST of all the workouts I do with you. I've worked up a sweat, my stamina has increased as has my arm and leg strength. When I began your programs over 2 months ago, I could BARELY get passed the first round. This exercise is body and knee friendly while still giving a fantastic workout! Thank you thank you thank you🇯🇲

Just finished. Been doing your workout consistently and I/other people are noticing!!! I added ankle weights for this workout because although I want to shrink my belly I don’t want to lose size or weight 🤷🏽‍♀️ so trying to slim but build muscle/mass at same time

I'm made a goal to complete all of the knee friendly workouts.. I must admit this was not my favorite. I just wasn't feeling some of the moves I didn't feel they were difficult..I wasn't really feeling the burn. I'm not a fan of repeating the same moves 4 times 😫 twice should be enough and provide array of another set of moves. I hope the 3 Rd video is better. Just being honest 💁🏾‍♀️
