I have to tell you this… since my scope surgery on my knee the doctor told me I had to strengthen my lower body; but I was nervous. I’m so grateful that I found you because I can finally do exercises to strengthen my knees without feeling pain afterwards. God bless you!!!!! Keep the knee friendlys coming please.

Happy to see workouts without squats or lunges. I very easily gain thigh muscles and squats and lunges make my thighs really bulky. Also these exercises don't strain my knees which is also nice.

Finally! 💪 I have the time to post. By far, this is the BEST of all the workouts I do with you. I've worked up a sweat, my stamina has increased as has my arm and leg strength. When I began your programs over 2 months ago, I could BARELY get passed the first round. This exercise is body and knee friendly while still giving a fantastic workout! I'm made a goal to complete all of the knee friendly workouts.. I must admit this was not my favorite. I just wasn't feeling some of the moves I didn't feel they were difficult..I wasn't really feeling the burn. I'm not a fan of repeating the same moves 4 times 😫 twice should be enough and provide array of another set of moves. I hope the 3 Rd video is better. Just being honest 💁🏾♀️
