I consider this class to be a level 2/ level 3 class. How did it feel for you? Do you think I should post more classes like this? I am yoga instructor ( I did not teach much yet ..) but I find it very helpful and good for the flexibility and you explained it all very simply ( not too many words but the perfect chosen one ) your voice is very calming and smoothing . I will subscribe to do it regularly Thank tou 💕😇

Hi. I've been doing your sessions for about three years now (sorry I never said hi before). I love these more challenging sessions for my practice. I do think it has elements of a Level 3 practice, but with modifications can remain a Level 2. Thank you for your continued service. I am grateful for the strength you've given me and others!

Wonderful - definitely some level 3 in there. I felt my edge haha. I wish YT yogis would mention whether we need a block because I always forget that I have one and I should keep it out! So rare to use it but every time I need it, it's too far away and I make due without! Thanks for the great flow, reallly get my energy moving 😸

I'm not sure the current research on that, but I think yoga in general is beneficial in addition with resistance training. If you don't load them regularly they'll get weaker from my understanding. But Nutrition is key with bone health as well.

Amazing! Thanks for adding challenging poses. Initially my thoughts were, “what the…?!”, but with time my shock subsided and was replaced with awe! Yep, in some poses I went to child’s pose just to catch my breath. What really got me excited was that I held the head stand comfortably, albeit with my legs bent but it was exciting! Thanks Tim 😂

Wow!! That was a beautiful practice Tim!! Very balanced. I hadn't done a full bind for a while and both of my shoulders crackled with delight! I really enjoyed the flowing side planks. There was one pose, I believe it was the Half Moon, and I felt things come alive that I haven't experienced for a long time. During the inversion, I completely got the direction regarding the elbows, wrists and crown. It all came together. I feel fantastic! When will you be conducting live Zoom practices again?! Namaste 🙏

Which of your classes would you recommend or would you make a new class that’s like the ultimate surfing centric workout yoga flow ? Like a solid 45 minute-er that primes you for shredding ?
