Let's go REPS! I peaked at the list and decided in my head that I wouldn't do the split squats at the end. But I was so proud that I powered through and nailed them, with a 15 pound weight! I love how Sydney always pushes me and helps me do more than I believed in my head!

Starting a week late.. coming off 10 days being sick and 2 weeks of no Sydney 😞 but I had to listen and rest. Glad to be back at it!! While I'm disappointed cuz I worked so hard in September to push heavier.. I am still listening to my body and being gentle with myself. I know my strength will come back!!

Great strength workout today! I was happy not to jump today, even though cardio and strength really gets me going! Focus on following program, no matter what life throws my way. I havent missed a workout, just some days I choose what I feel like doing and spend more time looking than doing! Small changes make big shifts! I love you and I love me!
