I just have to share. Usually I stick with 10 lb dumbbells for any type of bicep work. Lately I’ve been trying to push myself to 12.5 lb dumbbells. Today, with your encouragement during this workout, I gave 15 lb dumbbells a try thinking I would maybe last one round of 10. I lasted almost the entire 4 minutes! Thank you for the virtual support to go harder.

oh my goodness - I am so totally exhausted with this one. This virus I have had since new years eve is kicking my ass - so tired and weak - I wanted to give up after circuit 3 but I dug deep and deeper and finished the workout. I had to do so much self talk to endure - man I hope this virus leaves my body soon - sweating today can only help have a good Monday everyone

I hope you feel better soon! I know it can be hard but don’t be afraid to rest until you’re better. Everyone’s body is different but I’ve found that if I do an intense workout before I’m well it prolongs my illness.

I crushed it! Came back today after a 5 day hiatus due to being rear-ended. I wasn't as strong, but I didn't stop moving. Was able to go up in weights also once I got more warmed up. Don't give up, even if there are set backs. Whoo!

My younger sister is having a surgery today. This workout was exactly what I needed to clear my head even though it was just 45 minutes. I can't thank you enough.
