Lots of great recourses on KZbin and Melanie tonia Evans really helped me. My ex and mother both NPD. Life is SO much better now I'm free but still not 100%. Give yourself time and space. You are a great mother for your little girl and breaking the cycle for her ❤️

He went on to get engaged and murder in 2021. Her name was diane nichol poor woman. I am glad you left . Stay strong stay you sister and im here if you want to talk love from scotland x

Pray for me, please. I am embarking on a new journey……leaving my toxic, draining marriage of 11 years. I can no longer settle for just existing. I have to find the joy of this gift of life. I am terrified but also sure of my decision. It’s a battle I’ve been fighting for years. I don’t know what God has planned for me…..but I know I am loved. Felt like I should play this as I was preparing to fall asleep. Been pretty numb these past few weeks and out of the blue I suddenly started crying and cried for 20 minutes. I am assuming this includes womb trauma? My twin died in utero, and it's one of the many early childhood 'markers' that I found out about well into adulthood, and they helped me see what was subconsciously shaping my perception of 'reality' as a child onward. I found myself staring at the moving tracer, and basically 'going elsewhere' for awhile. I've been fixated on the very idea of horses, nevermind their physical existence. So many of the ancients believe they were fashioned of certain elements and 'landed' here for a purpose... I'm entering my eighth decade, and have a hip issue; so, on paper, it doesn't seem like this fixation will go anywhere... but I never know... When Uranus is in the mix, anything's possible. 🙃

I also just left an abusive relationship finally after years. My wife used to hit me and put me down and god helped me out of the situation. I pray she can heal for her daughters and it’s been hard, I love her and the girls always but my soul could no longer put up with that low vibrational negative energy all the time. I just lost my dad to cancer. It was a horrible battle for him. I quit my job to take care of him full time. Im grateful i had time with him in the last 5 months of his life.
