Reed. her routine seems inclusive, covering various muscle groups and promoting joint health. Always good to find low-impact, high-intensity workouts! might give it a shot for a healthier routine!

I am starting all over again with establishing daily excersize habits, and I love these kind of workouts! I would especially recommend them for people with ADHD as there are so many different moves and the timers on the screen help so much.

your workouts are always kind to my knees.. I had pain walking up and down the stairs today, but I decided to do this workout before I hop on the shower and didn't feel any pain whatsoever and always had some sweaty fun of course! Thanks, Lucy. May you have an amazing year ahead!

Nice to have some new moves. Just a big thank you to Lucy for the education as well - suffered recent injury (short lived thankfully) that meant I couldn't do work outs but due to your coaching I still got off the coach and did walking instead, not feeling like this was a failure but just as good to keep moving. With making better food choices and your work outs and encouragement to keep moving I have lost 10 pounds in last three months and I have faith I can lose another half stone to my goal if I keep going, have patience, don't give up and believe in myself. Should add I'm not doing this to lose weight and fit in that bikini - need to get weight off my dodgy knees so they don't have to work so hard!

Thanks Lucy just added this one to the 7, 10 and 15 minute work outs so hopefully this one covers all the rest of the areas the others dont reach😂. Really enjoying all of them and get in to a routine each morning. Thank you Lucy for helping me to get back to the person i once was and may be like myself again😁. I can really feel the difference. I am vegan so eat healthily but have been out of condition for a while. So thank you for all the help and encouragement. Also love the narration as this gives encouragement and helps you want to do them even more. Thank you so much Lucy❤

Lucy I’m loving your low impact workouts! I’ve been doing your high impact ones for 4 years and it’s good to switch to low impact too sometimes. I watch my heart rate and it gets as high with these low impact workouts, as it does with the high impact ones. Amazing! Working out and taking care of joints too 💪♥️
