My apologies, my reference was to top prize. I've lived in several states where $20 don't have tip prizes less than $1million. Regardless, you take your chances like everyone else when u buy a pack. clearly all packs aren't profits. I know I've had my share of trash books. Keep scratching as long as it's fun 4u. I slowed down considerably and gone on several vacations instead. The retailers all ask where I've been 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
