Not saying he did anything sketchy, but he should've kept all the boxes visible at all times once he cut the tape on that case. For all we know he's got a shrink wrap machine in the other room and he's been shrink wrapping stuff that was previously searched and those are the ones he's grabbing from off to the side. Again, not saying he did anything sketchy, and this case looked similar to the others I've seen ripped, but you want to be a trusted breaker then you gotta do all the stuff that trusted breakers do.
