Orlando will have the exclusive donkey Kong area plus it's got an explanation plot to potentially double the size of Nintendo world. Similar to how wizarding world never expanded other than Orlando, I would say it's the same situation here.

from what I've heard, the initial plan for Nintendo World was to have multiple Nintendo IPs in one place, but they eventually decided to just stick to the Mario universe for proper theming. probably the right decision, the immersion in this area is really great. still though, one of the things I saw was that they had apparently considered a Splatoon attraction early on, and I would travel all the way to America just to experience that if it ever happened. makes me wonder if there could somehow one day be a considerable expansion of videogame areas here.
