This channel is awesome. Love how you explain everything easy to understand, and using logic and anatomy. I saw the band I though about using that exercise for upper back. Do you have or if you havent, would be awesome if you can make a short series on bands. Bands are very underated. I use bands at least on two exercises of the routine.

Love this content Joe, only wish Shaun would have showed off that chest pump. Would you recommend a ppl split 5-6x a week (been running one for a year) or more of a bro split with 1-2 body parts for a unenhanced lifter ~2 years into lifting frequently where progress has slowed?

Shaun is a really delt dominant presser. his shoulders are always rounding forward when he's pressing.

How to get forearms like Shaun!
@himanshumittal89543 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us...Just wanted to know.. When u both are performing Cable crossover, Shaun's elbow are little up and wrist is down And when u r performing your forearm is making an angle in which your elbows are Down. I understand, it is because of height difference but Don't You Think SHAUN'S lower Chest fibres are in better Position Than Yours... And don't u think u should set cables little higher for u WHAT'S YOUR THOUGHT ON THAT.... Thank you and keep up the GOOD work.👍

Wait a minute, I didn’t know the HC had the Prime Incline Press in his gym because I have never seen him use it…is it not as good as everyone says Joe? We consistently see you employing the Smith Incline Press on the regular…

@@HypertrophyCoach just seldomly see you use it. I’m personally torn between a Cybex Smith Press & the Prime for my home gym as I no longer connect with my Hammer Strength Incline Press. Tough call because with their prices they should be a lifetime piece…

@@HypertrophyCoach yes rename it push workout first exercise was good but do it with a standard barbell and chains the strength curve will make it easier on shoulders and good for triceps second I would do the floor press next since it’s the next most taxing again no smith machine. Than I would only do cable flies because the dumbbell one is inferior . I would just add more sets to the cable one . Lastly I would end with some lu raises . Triceps chest and delts will be crushed .
@HypertrophyCoach3 жыл бұрын
Got it. So smith machines don’t work. Bands don’t either. Has to be chains. Chest workouts are bad. Has to be push. I’m writing this all down. Golden.
@mattc42663 жыл бұрын
@@HypertrophyCoach well bro splits are ineffective due to less frequency . Now you can have a chest focused push day that’s fine ! Bro splits may not matter for those who take special supplements tho
@mattc42663 жыл бұрын
@@HypertrophyCoach no bands are great it doesnt have to be chains anything that makes it’s easier to set up . As for the smith machine it’s fine but I think free weight better as bench press aren’t no ring push ups ... they’re quite stable as it is plus a bench press typically isn’t a straight up and down movement . Now I understand lots of the strength curves were modified I’m guessing that was due to your friends lack of shoulder mobility so well done sir overall it was good bit as fluff as I thought second time watching it but those are my advice since you asked have a nice day sir
