1. Lot of people are confused about which career to choose: Do multiple things..the focus needs to be on making money and not just fancy titles to impress people 2. Graduation/Post-graduation does not guarantee you good jobs..need to concentrate on building skillsets 3. Do not opt for foreign settlement just as an escape from India..if you are ready to do smart and hard work in India, you can make a lot of money 4. Government jobs..do not sacrifice those golden years of your life just for exam preparation..do some job and do exam prep in parallel if you still want to 5. Passion is just a temporary feeling..Do not have the mindset of just following your passion as your profession.. monetization is the key aspect when looking for a profession 6. Lot of parents are sending kids to Kota for good education..please realise that training only cannot make a child brilliant..do not put pressure of your expectations on your child..

Anil Sagwan has given very practical advice about a number of aspects. We can learn a lot from this, especially a sense of common sense. However in giving advice on not wasting time in preparation for govt exams he seems to have gone overboard on the study of history etc. The problem is that these subjects are often taught through mugging. He should advice people to study and learn by gaining knowledge. So even if a candidate does not get selected he or she still gains a lot for her life.

Not even the Minister recognizes d Middle Class nor is there any Group supporting d Middle Class but d way you cum out of your Cimfort Zone proves it ALL. I hv a few but non-stop words to say to dis Clarity fr Middle Class Youth (Podcast) which I've viewed till d vry end. Life really hs no LOGIC. One cannot really say tat wit all d troubles n efforts put in coupled with Hard but Smart work will one achieve success in LIFE. There is comperition at each n evry stage of Life - Be it at your Work place or in any Organization. Bo one recognizes d Lower Middle Class becoz by d time you put in your efforts to achieve sumthing in Life, really no one appreciates it n you hv to go on n on till you reach d desired goal. But till what time n till wat age. Middle Class wants to b recognized fr their efforts bo matter wat be it in a big or small way, but is pushed down n is not even given recognition to pave way fr one's success. After doing all such researches, no Lower Middle Class is being given recognition nor does anyone want to support ir help tat person in financial crises tat Lower Middle Class is striving fr n is deprived of all benefits n success Life wld hv otherwise had wit him. One of d Ministers either during or at d time of COVID mentioned tat WHY they shd CARE fr d Lower Middle Class n wat wld they benefit frm recognizing the Lower Middle Class. Whereas the Ministers get the real JUICE n CREAM frm d Rich Class whereas d Lower Middle Class hs nothing to offer is wat is the Minister's selfish Motto, so accordingly d reason running behind their minds - Why to bother? What will they achieve by them supporting n upgrading d lives of Lower Middle Class? After all they, the Minister's want to GRAB everything even their own post n position is given to their Khandaan without even their the Rich Class children having ever worked tirelessly n effortlessly. Wish God Grant's you success in all of your endeavors with Tons of Good Health n Success rt thru' your putting all d efforts wit due diligence in Life!!!! Ye vansh badaane wali pratha ne competition ki aisi taisi kr rakhi hai. 1800s mein 15 crore population this desh ki aaj 150 crore ha. Ye shadi aur bachhe paida krne ki wajah se humari generation stress mein hai kuki zabardasti is prithvi pe aagaye na koi purpose samajh mein ata kya krna hai bas dil ko behkaaye rakhte hain alag alag kaam mein.

Mere aspiration aur aukaat ke beech ka difference is confusion. Livelihood mai interest nahin hain, paise mai interest hain. There is no work that somebody can do today and do it forever. Kya karna hain se focus hatha ke karna shuru kar do. Entitlement aa gayi hain. Degree sirf collect ho rahi hain uska practically koi relevance nahin hain. Aap as an escape jaa rahe ho, toh waha pe bhi kuch nahin karne waale ho. You cannot leave sarkari naukri whenever you wish 😌 Passion could be because of some inputs and the inputs can be wrong. Don't take permanent decisions on temporary feelings. Passion doesn't end up nicely anywhere. Joh sensitive baccha hain, joh parents ka pressure le leta hain, wahi suicide karta hain 😌. Youth ko convince karna aasan nahin hain. Youth confused hain. Aur issi mai paisa hain. India mai aapka fresh buddhu banana is easier than batana ki aapka bewakoof ban chuka hain. 😌

But if the lawyer didn't have the degree, he wouldn't be able to even start his practice, let alone gain reputation for certain types of cases. You will only take your ill relative for operation to the doctor who has a long list of credentials against their name. They won't ask the marks of 3rd semester, but they sure will ask the degrees which they have obtained. An MD, FRCS will always be seen as being a more reliable doctor than someone who's not. Now some will argue that patients die in their hands also. Of course they do. But will you take your patient to a small, dimly lit hospital in a suburb where the surgeons don't have these minimal qualifications? Clarity is good, but skating over these points without giving further clarity isn't. An IT company might have no use for your exact marks in 9th class, or 3rd semester, but your total percentages in the board exams, your cgpa in your engineering degree would indicate how dedicated you are to learning new things, because a 45 minute interview also can't show people the real aptitude of the interviewees. They might have just learnt by rote the answers to commonly asked questions. But where they can't fake it is their track record in academics, when they haven't got any previous work experience. If there, you say that you are homeschooled and never had any degree, then there itself they will be shown the door. Degrees will not be important later in life, when your work experience shines through and people come to know you for that, but not when you're starting out. This is what people need to know.
