I am 100% sure there was a script running at 12:56 when Urgot aims Ult before briar flashes. The script at 13:00 automatically forced the cursor to the position briar was going to flash so urgot ult will land. You can even see the cursor moved up and down for milliseconds to see that the script was trying to get it in place of briar flash. Seriously though, I don't doubt it anymore since this is all for content but meh, not cool as a content creator.
