A one bed now goes on or above +3000, & 2 bed is going for minimum +4600. Not sure if that new pricing is justifiable, at that point just rent a condo listing at the W across the street.

I agree that the apartment prices in Dallas are hardly justifiable, but I don’t think the condo’s at the W and the apartments in The Victor are comparable. They probably attract different people.

There's water on the floor why? 3000 is bit steep for water problems
