So…your fault I’m into making beaded pens, which lead to keychains, bookmarks, and badge reels 😂. Anyway lately I’ve been seeing them using these as pen toppers and not putting them all the way onto the barrel. It’s cute because you can add the beads too. I’m addicted!

I've done a few that way just have to make sure they are glued on and super secure. I don't love how tall the pens get make that way is the only downside for me. I have so far avoided all of the other things besides pens 🤣

You can definitely glue them if you feel like someone might take them apart and play with them or if they feel at all loose. I glue some but not all.

I dont really know I think they are 2mm... I just buy ones that say they are made for the beadable pens...

You can buy the pen blanks all over just search beadable pen blanks... the refills can be found easily on Amazon as well. I have a lot of the supplies linked in my Amazon storefront

What kind of drill do I need to drill the holes?

Any type of drill will work I have one I've shown in other videos that cost may $10 at harbor freight a small handheld one. The drill bit just needs to be the size of the pen barrel so the character isn't floppy.
