Incredible roundtable, showrunners work so hard! Also, why does Michelle King look like an actual character from her show?

THR is so rude to snub listing your guests in the titles of your videos. Often just one guest. You have room. Is “FULL” really more important than the artists’ names?

Can't wait 'til we can talk about actual storytelling and not this never-ending discussion of race and representation.

You're all done. New time. No more production like this. Weirdly enough art is gonna come out of the restrictions of covid. Film was a bastardiZation of paintings. Cinema is now to evolve. Tickytockkk isn't the end game but most people consume content in a more bite siized way. It's not a world that makes u anymore. When records were invented musicians felt that they were being taken advantage of and that "real" music was gonna be impinged. Out of that comes 'pop"

I had to leave it 20 minutes in. Not a word about actual writing, just woke stuff. I would have stayed, though, if the showrunner from Succession had been there. These people? I really don't care about them or their shows. Only good thing that has come out of that table hace been two chapters of Watchmen (really good chapters, but I don't know if they make up for the show's general mediocrity). If these are the kind of writers working today; more worried about a political discourse than telling a good story and telling it good, western fiction is going down the drain.
