I liked the fact that Nhai was immediately friendly and polite to someone new in school. He is not thinking the same way AI is at this point, yet he was being kind and even complimented Ai. * Also, this goes to show you need to really know someone before thinking you know them well to develop feelings. Ai saw an attractive boy in the motorbike, started creating whatever image in his head. Nhai is sweet & cute don't get me wrong. But also he is forgetful, he is always late, he doesn't know how to find a place/keeps getting lost, he is so messy & "dirty" based on the comments from his friends, the teacher telling him to iron his shirt & omg the state of his room. No one understands his jokes & he's "innocent", I don't want to use the word naive. He welcomes people in his life, which is a good thing. But doesn't yet suspect Ai doesn't just want to be friends.

Also I have to say it is really refreshing to see a parent character who is LGBTQ without it being some big secret or hidden trauma. Ça commence fort. J'ai trouvé ce premier épisode super mignon et très feel good. C'était très amusant. Nhai m'a fait beaucoup rire. Il est complètement barré je trouve. Le pauvre Ai,qui a eu le coup de foudre pour Nhai, du souci à se faire. Je sens qu'on va bien rire. J'ai beaucoup aimé également les deux pères d'Ai. Je m'attendais à un père strict mais je me suis complètement trompée. Il est très ouvert d'esprit et très proche de son fils. J'adore ce type de relation. The only complaint I have is the subtitles. Some of the time the translation doesn’t make sense and you end up having to decipher what the sentences are supposed to say other than that I like the first ep The leads have a lovely chemistry. Looking forward to the next Ep.

For those who struggle with the eng subs you can use the SPANISH ones (they are better...) and SELECT AUTOMATIC/SIMULTANATE TRANSLATION TO ENGLISH !

I have the tendency to read the subtitles and change them in my head to fit how the actors say the lines and also what makes more since for me. It might not be perfect, but it’s how I can get through.
