Coz she's honest and not manipulative. Even Rosesh is useless but Maya always points out her DIL only. In 2005, not many women were working so she wasn't groomed much, but Monisha was naive and loyal towards Sahil. She didn't ever revolt against her MIL despite Maya making a list of her issues everyday. This quality is not even heard of in women these days.
