This is true, but speaking from experience, she got with him at a young age, and it’s always easier said than done, especially if your self-esteem isn’t very high, and if you have gone through anything in the past, in my case it was “daddy issues“ it’s almost like you’re seeking a certain kind of love when you get caught up with that person and they show you who they are. It’s almost like you don’t want to believe it. They get into your head and make you believe that something may be wrong with you and you’re constantly trying to fix things. I don’t know how to explain it but yeah, I definitely wish she ran from the beginning but Ijs sometimes it’s tough. The mind is a serious thing. Sometimes all someone needs is a reality check like the one Judge Lynn gave her my reality check it was the birth of my daughter. I never wanted her to see that kind of treatment and think it was OK.

@@lisalong8816 I can tell you why: the man is so charming, so attentive, so . . .everything. Its all smoke and mirrors cause he knows what to say and how to hook them in. Once he finds a way to tie them down, then he starts to show his true colors. He may smack them with "mallet" (metaphor) or chip away at their self esteem. Its in small tiny way but just enough. And when you call him out on it, he expresses it as concern say you are out with your friends and you don't pick up the phone. Or some other reason why he did it or why he got upset. Its a trap that once you are in, it can be hard to see it as it really is till you step away or you get reality check like by our beloved Judge Toler. I know cause I had one relationship that was like that. It was good learning experience but I only wish I stepped sooner. The way I got out was that he was mad and left for 3 or 4 days. During that time, I was like "what am I doing? I am so much happier without you!" He came back expecting me to run into his arms and I was like "nope, I'm gone".
