Plaintiff's problem is: She saw & knew what kind/type of guy the defendant is and that was not good enough for her; therefore, she tries to change HIM into what SHE wants. Now, the relationship is doomed! Should have not gotten married in the first place. Tip: If you DON'T like something about him OR her, learn to accept it or move on! Attempts to "change" another individual introduces a "coffin" into the relationship; repeated attempts will add nails to the coffin. In other words, you will slowly but surely kill your relationship.

@rozzjack
@rozzjack 3 жыл бұрын
That sent a red flag up for me. I’m not a medical professional, but common sense leads me to question how her having a c-section caused her to need her tubes being tied. In so many cases with black women, doctors and nurses mishandle our care. If I were them, I would look into that. Never take a medical professional’s word without having a full understanding of what they are proposing. That might mean doing some research and getting second opinions. I had fibroids and needed to have them removed. My doctor, who was a black woman, asked me if I wanted a hysterectomy. I looked at her like she was crazy. A hysterectomy was not necessary in my case. Now imagine if I wasn’t already well informed. I would have been given a hysterectomy when I didn’t need one. Always question authority.
@purepsyc
@purepsyc 3 жыл бұрын
@@bribri0786 yeah I figured all that out. But if she is giving birth, what medical emergency could warrant her tubes needing to be tied at that particular point in time. I would assume the child birth should be focus not preventing more child birth. Was she hemorrhaging and her Fallopian tubes were the cause of excessive bleeding??? I’m quite confused and as a woman agree it’s a violation on her care providers part and her husbands. Also is it not reversible, because you can usually have them “untied” but I get the gist that more was done!

Umm no... as a nurse I need a better explanation for the tube tying story because that’s not adding up. The judge is not really taking this a seriously as she should and it’s because she’s respectfully ignorant on the matter. The nurse is not just coming in and telling him that she should get her tubes tide without talking to her if it’s not an emergency situation. As in if they don’t do it now she will die. And a c section is just to get the baby out safely and doesn’t require tube tying to be effective. Its her body so how can you leave it in his hands if it’s not life threatening. It’s also not within their scope of practice as the nurse to recommend a surgery, especially a life changing one at that. I don’t buy it, I would have asked more questions because that’s very very unfortunate and heartbreaking as a women.

I've read that some people go on shows with an audience hoping to be "discovered". Judge Judy even had regulars. If that was the case..Bravo. The show isn't live & producers didn't accidentally leave her in the box that would be clearly seen when the husband spoke. Impossible for us to know just on quick shots. On the other hand if she has deep wounds that need to be addressed. May God bless & heal her.

They’re a beautiful family. I hope they get counseling to work through their communication problems and stay together. She also needs therapy to recover over what happened on the second birth, it seems like she still has to work through that. He does need to find a way to deal with his wife more respectfully, if she feels like she is being talked down to and interrupted when speaking, it eats away at the relationship.

He needs to support her more, leave his ego on the side and be less laid back. Seems they have a great family and balance each other out! In my Judge Lynn Toller voice:" brother you have a good woman!" The woman who is crying, I think she relates to their experience and there is nothing wrong with that. I am a midwife. There is no way that I or any nurse would be the one to approach a patient's husband, not the patient, in the middle of an emergency to broach the subject of getting the patient's tubes tied! No way! Such a decision wouldn't normally be made during an emergency. Tubal ligation can be done very easily afterwards as an outpatient. In cases of extreme life threatening emergencies after all other options have been exhausted, the spouse may be asked to sign permission for a hysterectomy to be performed. And even then, an urgent discussion will take place. There is something wrong with that part of the story.

He had every right as her husband to make the call he did. In his mind, he knows no more than the medical professionals and if he believes the procedure will save his wife's life, he could e done no better.
