Anissa and Ma’lik have been together for 9 years and they have endured a lot of heartache due to Ma’lik’s cheating and dishonesty. Most people don't seem to understand that judges are also have to respect the litigant and they can be reprimanded for their conduct as well. There have been judges removed from the bench for that reason. She sometimes is way to hard on the women that come to her courtroom. I am not sure if its because she does not have daughters, which can sometimes make women stick up for men more. Either way it is wrong to beat down someone that is clearly beat down already. What good does that do. What if that women was hanging on to her last bit of self worth and that verbal belittling pushed her over the edge.

I've noticed that Judge Toler tends to be lax when men cheat. She'll scream on a woman for interrupting but I've seen episodes where's she's barely bats an eye at cheating. Cheating seems way more destructive then interrupting.

@Love Trump I would love to agree with you but you're being unfair to the young man. If you listened keenly you would have heard when he said she has cheated on him several times during the earlier stage of their relationship and her mother also stated that she isn't a saint. With that said it should be clear to you that self esteem is not this girl's problem. The problem is trust, neither of them trust each other and cannot be trusted. That's a recipe for fail relationship.
