(3) She asked him specifically for a particular trip and time spent with him for her birthday! Instead he plans a business trip and drags her on that right before her birthday. Then he claims he polled her family and friends and he decided to purchase another motorcycle for her birthday instead of giving her the what she asked for her birthday! (4) They agree to discuss any purchases over $100. He spends thousands anytime he feels like it without letting her know. But if she wants to make a $101 purchase, it's WWIII. HE IS TOTALLY CONTROLLING!!! Controlling the business, controlling the household, controlling the marriage, and controlling her!!!

The Judge seems to have this hiccup in her logic with quality time and phone calls having to do with work. I don't care how busy you are, how on call you are, if you're partner isn't happy at home, then you need to cutback and make some kind of plan. There's no excuses for this, she didn't need a ton of extra time with him. He's using the stuff as a filler for the things he's not doing emotionally with her and the Judge needs to cut it out with all that he's on call mess, that's just an excuse. Not everyone wants a relationship like that. I have no doubt he's probably dipping with someone else and have her installed like an appliance in the house with the kids. He thinks she's a fool and she's not, but when she gets rid of him, she's going to dig in his pockets something awful.
