Most people ignored this but Piyush rightly pointed out why he was out. Despite making 15 crore net profit these guys were paying barely 8 lakhs for 32 people. That's 25k per month. This shows poor organization work culture and why this business will eventually die out. This entrepreneur simply did not have the capacity to share wealth - hence why nobody wants to join.

Yes higher salaries mean your employees will be invested in expanding the business and fighting problems. I've worked both in unorganized low paying sector and organized, high paying sector. It's easy to say the mindset of the employees is a lot different in organized high paying sector

My son by the age of 2 knew all the letters, colors and numbers till 10 purely with play and zero screen time. I never taught him anything explicitly. He is 5 now and still do not have access to phone and ipad. He watches TV and weather on phone, that’s it.
