I used to have a problem with foundation settling into my smile lines BUT I found something that has worked for me. I put the tiniest amount of porefessional by benefit directly into my smile lines and then set it with a small small SMALL amount of translucent powder and then I apply my foundation. Try it!!!! Made a huge difference for me. Also I'm so excited for "that's what she said"!! Obsessed with rose gold.

I found this GREAT foundation called per-fekt and it is the same texture as the porefessional but it's an actual foundation. I applied primer, the skin perfection+ by per-fekt, and then a translucent powder to set. I didn't have any settling into lines or anything!

I think the company Stellar is targeted for tan to dark skin tones. The lady behind the brand said that in an article, so maybe that's why the concealer is darker.

Yes I have a very hard problem. I've been lucky with loreal true match in alabaster, and infallible in porecelain. best high end success is the urban decay all nighter in the lightest shade...I forget the number. but I am always so hesitant to buy foundations because of this.
