Honestly you’re so right!! Dirty brushes apply shadow and powder products much better than clean ones. That said I personally think that a freshly washed clean sponge applied foundation much better than one that’s already been used! I’m not keen on dirty foundation brushes, but dirty cream bronzer and blush ones are better too haha. Funny how we all like them different though! 😊

If you watched the video, she states how she prefers the application of the dirty brushes over the just-cleaned brushes. I'm not talking about dirty as in not washing it for a year, but a brush that you have used more than once. I wouldn't think I would need to explain myself.

I love this, not only because it shows people there still is affordable makeup out there, and looks amazing still; but also because this definitely isn't a natural look, and that's the beauty of it. You can still do an outgoing look with cheaper makeup, and not have to worry about having a Jaclyn Hill palette, Morphe, or even some from James Charles. :)

I really like both of those Essence primers too! I mix them sometimes. I’ll put the hydrating one down first and let it sink in and then the gripping gel one over it and my foundation always turns out great 😌

Great video. Products under $6…. LA Girl Gloss in the (clear) black tube. It’s shiny but not sticky and I can wear it at night to bed. Also Elf clear mascara for Brows. I’ve used it on and off for years.

Definitely the NYX butter glosses and the essence lash princess I don’t think they’re under six dollars but they’re waterproof and they really are waterproof they never come off when I use make up remover or when I cry or through rain they never come off best purchase ever ❤🎉
