Big congrats on the sponsorship!! 😍 Please have a look into "clean beauty" though, it's essentially a marketing ploy by the beauty industry... The word "clean" is completely unregulated, just like the word "natural" in food products, so they can just slap the word on anything. It promotes anti-science views that "chemicals are bad" when in fact natural ingredients can often be worse for you! Just because something came out of the earth naturally doesn't mean it's necessarily better for you, or for the environment (and also vice versa)

Love the look! So pretty and natural! "Clean" lip liner recomendations (from Sephora) would be: bareMinerals (Borderline, Freestyle, Vibe) or RMS (daytime nude, nighttime nude). Lip liners not available at Sephora would be: Victoria Beckham (02, 05), Kjaer Weis (saturate, soft), Mineral Fusion (graceful, elegant). I am unreasonably excited that you tried that mascara! I also had the sample size and recently picked up the Loreal Air Volume mascara to see if it was a dupe, and I don't think it is. Love the video and I love that you won a sponsorship but "clean" beauty in a sham. It promotes anti-science and unfounded skepticism of well established well researched safety testing etc. Clean beauty is no better for the environment than other standard products. I agree with some of your points, but I have to say that “clean beauty” often uses well-established synthetics and chemicals. As a person who has sensitive and acne-prone skin, I have looked into clean base products and skincare. I found that they don’t break me out or cause any sensitivities. I used to get breakouts every time I wore foundation, but not anymore. There are “clean beauty brands” that have more eco friendly packaging and commitments, but I believe all beauty brands should look into doing this regardless of their stance. I still look at the clean section at Sephora, but I take that claim with a grain of salt. It can be helpful for people like me who look to avoid certain ingredients like parabens and talc.

@@ohheyyola5416 I used to use products that had parabens, and they always broke me out. I remember using Wet n Wild’s contour duo and I had pimples along the hollows of my cheeks, where I put the contour product. I always could feel itchiness and after a few hours, a pimple would form on my face throughout the day. I started researching why that could be. Parabens came up as a possible reason and I started to buy other products that did not have that as an ingredient. I had better results but my pores were always still clogged and I had tiny bumps all over my skin. I read that silicones can clog pores and after removing that from my life, my skin has been better than ever. I have tried clean makeup through samples and have been happy with it. I don’t care as much about ingredients when it comes to eye products though. I still buy and use eye products with parabens.

@@LionessHeart08 that's good to hear you have found things that work for you. It would be great if they just called it talc free or paraben free. The dichotomy of "clean" beauty vs unclean/dirty/other is what gets me. Elitistism can and can't have mentality is reinforced as "clean" beauty is inherently more pricey. I appreciate that you have entered a trial and error elimination of an irritant to figure your skin out which makes you sound more pragmatic with your approach to selection of products. Unfortunately there are people out there though that blanket buy into the lists of "clean" ingredient no no's without any critical thinking and that's plain marketing fear mongering. I get that there may be benefits if a company tries to implement "eco-friendly" practices but again there is no standard for the term (btw I'm not trying to be a smart ass using " " because the terms are vague). Just do the damn thing that is eco friendly and not have to advertise it you know. It's all marketing. If you haven't already I recommend labmuffin beauty science new vid on the subject. Take care.
