The LA colors Liquid liner kind of keeps a wet/glossy appearance although fully dried and in place and peels off like a liquid latex when I'm removing. I am unsure if it reacts different with other skin types I don't even know exactly how to categorize my skin type.

I love the la colors powder too!! And the packaging of the la colors highlighters is so sleek and awesome! Earlier this year, la colors had little eyeshadow palettes that had 5 or 6 colors in them that were in a similar type packing and they’re awesome!! I havent been able to find them recently but i bought 2 at the time.
