So I actually have a few primers and foundations that have SPF in them, and I was told by my dermatologist not to long long that that still isn’t enough. You still have to apply actual sunscreen to your face, before using any primers or foundations. Unfortunately there still isn’t enough proof as to how much SPF is truly in some makeup products (they could easily say “SPF 30-50” but in reality it’s like 20, or even lower) and considering that we really need more than 5 times the amount of sunscreen on our faces…..if we just use primers, and foundations with SPF for sunscreen….that’s a lot of product and realistically speaking, nobody is using that much product everyday. Then she told me that just because a makeup product claims to have SPF in it, that doesn’t mean that it’s sunscreen. So we’re better off with just using traditional sunscreen, and then layering on the makeup.

I am so relieved to hear someone else lost a lot of hair after COVID. I'm currently still losing a lot of hair after COVID. Using supplements, vegamour, rosemary oil pumpkin seed oil and minoxidol to try to get it to regrow. All around my hairline is gone
