The shimmers in the Adept palette were breathtaking. I was a little worried at first because mine felt dry, but they applied beautifully and didn't crease all day. I have no clue what the theme is, but I still love it!

I recognize Los Angeles street names and freeways in that palette. Born and raised in LA. Ugh, I always hated driving on the 105 Freeway. Heavy traffic all the time. As for Valentine candy, besides chocolate, I love Valentine Peeps. They come in delicious flavors like strawberry and vanilla. They weren't available during the pandemic, however. Not sure if they returned this year. Beautiful makeup look, Steff!

My husband is on a late shift this week, so no Valentines celebration for us - we'll probably do something later next month. I'm loving your hair, it's very rock chick and edgy 😍 It would be a good idea if brands offered Beauty Content Creators the opportunity to order their products a day or two before they go live. I mean, it's you guys who are instrumental in helping them to grow. Without you I wouldn't know about quite a few brands that I now order from. A but of recognition and gratitude wouldn't go amiss. Steff, the references in the La Cienaga palatte is streets in Southern California and the 105 is a freeway. I lived in Southern California once upon a time.

Omg, this eyelook is gorgeous 😍 the Cosmic brushes Muse palette sold out in 2 minutes. I did get it on the pre sale. I did get the Oden's eye Flora palette as well.

@SteffsBeautyStash Ya, they put it up the same day because it sold so fast. The owner asked on Instagram if we wanted a pre-sale, and everyone was like, yes, please. That's sold out as well now. I'll be honest it wasn't that easy to find the pre-sale on the website. You had to scroll down until you saw the Muse palette, then across the page.

Have you tried the nikkia joy multichrome pigments? They're pretty awesome. I have all of the brushes too. They're a mixture of synthetic and natural hairs. I like them. They're not incredibly soft but they blend so well.

My favorite candy all around is fruit variety life savers. I hate the raspberry and orange ones though lol. I'm a hard candy kinda gas. Jolly ranchers, suckers, gobstoppers things like that.

Happy Valentine's day. I bought the Adept mystery box and I was a little disappointed, I'm happy with the palette but I don't use liquid eyeliners so those 8 new products are a waste to me. If i had known that it was really only 2 new products and that it was the liners I wouldn't have bought it and just waited til they released the palette later this year sometime. I still love Adept but I did feel a little duped.

I have to say, I was glad that I didn't order the mystery box and only ordered the Inspired palette...I would have been a little upset getting 8 liners and the palette for that amount of money. I will wait until the La Cienega palette is available by itself later in the year. I used the Inspired palette today and it's a beauty. I did order the Glamlite palette today and the Oden's Eye trio so I'm excited for those to get here.

I wish I hadn't ordered their Mystery Box. It seems like Adept deliberately deceived their loyal customer base. I think they wanted to trick people into buying a mostly matte palette and 8 liquid eyeliners, that would not have sold that quickly. So they labeled it a limited edition Mystery Box. The liners were literally wrapped in a plain rubber band, and tossed in the box. The whole thing was an expensive disappointment.

The mystery box was a bust for me… I don’t care for the entire thing and I’ll never use it… I think of them and think sparkle and color and then the neutral palette 👎🏻 and the liners are useless to me… I’m bummed by the price and there is nothing I will use… hopefully I can sell some and get some of $ back…

Omg it’s crazy that TEMU was on the Super Bowl haha but apparently the owner used to own some other huge global marketplace site, so I’m sure he’s loaded. I’m really disappointed in Adept. Business practices. She has lost so many customers for how she launched all this, but also how she treated her customers. It’s tough for a creator; because, it’s one of my favorite brands, and people have purchased because of my rave reviews, as they have from you, too. It puts us in such an awkward position. I wish she would be more professional with how she speaks to people. Sigh.

I was shocked to see them on SB commercials!! I still keep seeing the commercials too!! Good for them! Adept hopefully learned a lot from the release. I don't mind not getting this in PR, but being able to order a couple days earlier would have been nice so we could get our videos up and people could decide what they wanted. I know our viewers would have appreciated that.
