She must have adjusted the foundation and applied a little bit more during the cut. Because anything else, like using another product and not mentioning it, doesn't make any sense because she wouldn't gain anything by hiding something like that. She mentions later that she has primed her lids, so maybe that was all.

I'm literally scraping my products. I'm even down to the last bits of my moisturiser. I ordered it on nykaa since they advertised that they are delivering essentials now and 1 week later it's still not been dispatched! Luckily I have enough backups of masks, serums and other stuff.
