I have never heard of this brand but I for not use Tick Tok I think that app is not at all for me, I do not have time to watch people's opinions without research or testing, I am in for the true content and people really investing time and effort to create quality content for me to enjoy. I am not saying content creators in Tick Tok are not working or professionals I am just saying it is not for me I like a full explanation and full content. If I am investing my time in something like watching someone's content I want it to be substantial and with clear and complete information. Like your reviews 💖💖💖 You do such a full test and compare products and create the most wonderful content that is enjoyable and professional. Thank you for all you do

I have not tried Make beauty but it doesn’t look like I’m missing much although you make makeup look amazing . Have you thought about doing a Moira review ? Thanks for the honesty

Thank you for you in depth review of this brand. I use a few of their products, love the eye liner. I found the powder to settle a bit in my over 50 dry/sensitive skin and pores. The Hydrascape Reverse Skin Emulsion and the Succulent Skin Wash are two permanent staples in my skin care routine, highly recommend.

I love their get eyeliners, they are very long wearing (oily, deep set lids.) I have probably 5 or 6 colors at this point. I have a couple I use as a luminous eyelighter/fox eye, and also beautiful deep colors for definition.

Thanks for the thorough review Tara Lynn! You do the best ones for sure! I have tried the eyebrow duo, concealer and heat stroke blush. The eye pencil is the only product I would repurchase. They need a less dewy Make 3.0 in my opinion lol better products out there for the price point.

I've never heard of this brand, maybe because I don't have any social media? This kind of reminds me of Rare Beauty or some of those other "clean" brands. Everything seems really light coverage and dewy, that "effortless no makeup makeup" kind of look.. aka not for me lol

I’ve never heard of this brand but I’m glad you did a review of their products. I think for those following Tik Tok they are not getting thorough reviews of products since it is short form media. Never heard of this before!! I thinks it’s like a slightly more luxury brand for a teenager. Have you see the two Chanel face palettes, they look amazing. Love the comparison swatches really useful in general. Thank you. ❤

I love everything I have tried from the brand, it’s def not for everyone. If you don’t like natural looking makeup I wouldn’t say this brand is for you. I enjoy the skin tint a lot but with a different powder, one that really locks in the product. The powder I prefer it as a finishing powder, or only around the perimeters of my face. Blushes love, bronzer I also love on a set base 😆 and the lip oil hybrid gloss is my go to when I want to hydrate my lips. Thanks for the review and your honest thoughts as always 💕

All the dewy products out now are so pretty.. but it’s a nightmare for us oily skin women.. I’m 48, and I’ve had oily skin my whole life.. it’s hard to find a happy medium for products for me that don’t appear drying but don’t make me look like a disco ball.. my own oils shine thru giving me all the glow I need lol-

Sounds like the gel blush may be a better option for me than the merit blush balms. They have a natural finish but disappear after a couple hours

YES👍 I did a full video on Merit Beauty, and everything I put on that day, I had no makeup on by the end of the day😒 I love quick, natural makeup, but I also want it to last. A few of my favorite natural blushes are the stick cream Blushes from makeup By mario, Armani beauty Neo Nude Melting Cream Blushes (they are one of my FAVS, I have several colors and I buy them from the Armani beauty website when they're having a sale), and the stick Blush from Ilia. I'm not jumping at every foundation this year, but trying to take my time. Every summer I have a dozen tints but favor ONE. Funny how it's never the same one the next year?! Thanks for sharing 🤍

That sucks about the medium shade range. I’ve only recently, in the past two years, learned that I am a medium neutral-cool. That has really changed the game for me, so many years I wasted purchasing medium shades that were too orange or yellow on me. I need that happy medium of medium with a touch of yellow and neutral. I don’t think I could justify buying two foundation shades from this brand just to get my right shade.

I’m so confused, if a powder bronzer blends well over an unset face than you know it’s a good bronzer? I’ve never heard that before. I’m under the impression that you want to set with a translucent powder prior to going on top with additional powders, such as bronzer or blush.

Haha, I probably should have elaborated more on that. 😁 But, in my experience, I have a few bronzers that work over my dewy foundation and will blend beautifully. For example, the Gucci Bronzer. I can use it over a foundation with no powder and have no muddy spots. If you have a good Bronzer, you can do it. If it's an ok Bronzer, you'll need to set first😁 but that's in MY experience in using tons of Bronzer formulas🩷

Thanks for the review; I'm not particularly interested in the brand. I'm at the stage now where I just know what works for me, and I'm just not buying everything just because; I already have so much that something has to be pretty special to make me even look twice; and the fact that the companies ignore us people that are over 40 (even though we're usually the ones spending the $$$) is really becoming quite frustrating
