The Charlotte Tilbury highlighters are supposed to be refillable, that’s why they’re spinning around. There’s a hole in the back so you can pop it out. And unfortunately I don’t know this because I bought them, saw another KZbinr using them 😂 Makeup looks gorgeous, as always ❤️
