I feel for you, i have back troubles after an accident, i've been a chiropractor every 4 weeks for the past 4 years and it really helps and i do yoga which helps so so much, hope you get better soon x

I’m doing Chiro and yoga among a ton of other things! Chiro helped the pain in my lower back and stabilize my muscles.

Tatcha liquid silk is also the one I gravitate to. The original silk in the putty form just wasn’t my vibe because it pilled up on my skin. I fully love the new Rare Beauty stick bronzer in Power Boost is just beautiful and the easiest thing to blend out! I’ve Been using mine almost every day. I’ll say the one new thing that caught me out of your video today was the Makeup by Mario liquid lip . It sounds like the mousse texture to Jaclyn Hill first kiss powder liquid lip. It’s not her regular liquids, it’s a very light mousse like texture. I also love that suede shade that you chose! Get well, take small steps and rest your back!

Yes! I find it quite hydrating. Always moisturize before but it doesn’t cling at all on me.
