Yes! That’s what I’ve noticed with Foundations from Japanese brands. Very light. My favorite Japanese Foundation is from RMK . Although the shade range Is limited , I use them for very fair skin clients.

Hey Michele! I agree with you on jet lag, and like myself being in the hospital for nearly a week..you don't sleep in there. It has taken me 3 days to feel 75% better as stress was a factor also.. Glad your almost there! I love everything you bought.. I think the foundation was a tiny bit off nothing crazy, I feel like the powder brightened up the face but left that beautiful glow...Lip combo so beautiful..Love it!! Xx ❤ Michelle

I have the exact same foundation in the same colour and I’m just a bit lighter than you, usually wearing a BD 25 in YSL, and Chanel..C2 in Mac face&body... y244 in the new MUFE reboot, etc... and I thought when I opened mine...Although it is described as cool, it seems a little dark and warm for me, but somehow -in a way I’ve never seen before-The colour literally changed and adjusted to my exact match right before my eyes, like freaking magic! Lol I have extremely scarred and textured skin..but when I went out into natural light to get a good look at the finished result, I had never seen such a beautiful finish on myself before. From now on I would rather take the time to spot conceal and colour correct with this medium to moderate coverage foundation, then to ever use a full heavy coverage foundation again. This is 10 times more beautiful than the Pat McGrath foundation, and although it is $100, it’s still the cheaper of the two. Love it !!!!!

16hrs time difference is too hard to recover quickly. It always takes about 2weeks getting back to the local time. I agree with you about Japanese makeup in general they create the natural, subtle and soft finish👍❤️

I've been suffering with jetlag too this last couple of weeks. I've been to California on holiday and I live in the UK. I've also had a cold, cough and bug so I think that's prolonged my jetlag. Think I'm finally on the other side of it now. Glad you are too.

I fully understand what you say regarding jetlag. It's absolutely individual depending on every person's physical and mental condition. In my case, even a trip to somewhere with a 3h time difference would need me 2 days time to adapt and get over it.

That suqqu foundation is my new favorite!! It's so smooth and natural and so easy to use. I just use my Marc Jacobs foundation brush and sweep back and forth a couple times and then it's done. My mom thought my makeup techniques got better.😂😂

Actually, when you put the powder on the first thing I noticed was that side of your face matched your chest better. On camera I really could see the lightening effect you spoke of. It wasnt too much though, and was perfect for the Suqqu foundation! I'm going to have to look into that MOIST powder!!😘😘🤣😍😍
