hey love! i’m a beauty advisor at sephora and i just wanted to give a tip that since the Hydro Grip is a gripping primer and is more tacky in consistency, tapping it into your skin as opposed to rubbing it in will insure whatever foundation you use will not separate or ball up. especially with the Milk foundation, ive found that tapping the primer into the skin gives it time to lay flat and dry down without separating the makeup on top! it makes a huge difference :) im obsessed with your looks && channel. just thought maybe this tip could help you or anyone else!

I kind of get what you’re saying. Like with milk makeup there’s more products that you can use to go for a more natural look or a more drastic look. I feel like with glossier there’s one specific look associated with the brand which is like a dewy, very natural, minimal face of makeup. Just like a “your face but better” kind of makeup brand, whereas there’s more room to experiment with milk makeup’s products.

I’ve had that primer ball up on me when I’ve mixed it with certain moisturizers or if I try to blend my foundation too quickly without letting the primer set for a minute or 2. Loved this video made me want to try more milk products especially the baked bronzer, highlight and stick foundation you mentioned

The only thing I’ve tried from milk was the gripping primer, it was a sample. An it made my foundation ball and pill up.(edit- just seen that happend to you) I needed this, I’m so bored. Hope all is well your way. An your staying safe!

Hmm, I've used three different foundations with that primer and never have had that issue. I think the issue is really the type of skin you have with the primer and the foundation you use. Because it has worked amazing for me.

I find it hard to use a moisturizer and foundation because they don't work well with each other. So I tend to like using the IT cosmetic foundation because it has SPF. I am still working on finding something that works for all foundation. I am really impressed with all the products you've used! Such a beautiful look you've created! I love it!
