Use the usb cord to connect tablet to laptop. Press power and volume down until screen goes dark (few seconds). Immediately press power button and volume up until reset menu comes up. Use volume keys to navigate and power button to enter. Confirm reset with previous buttons. Confirm reboot. Wait until tablet reboots. Hope this helps someone
