I absolutely love this video. Since I was a kid it’s been my dream to live/work on a farm, im from Texas and grew up around many of them but moved to California as I got older. Now im majoring in Nutrition and Agriculture so that I can open my own clinic back home.

Hello! I know this is an old comment, but when you said you were majoring in Nutrition and Agriculture, that sounded like something I would be interested in but I did some looking and only see separate degrees in Nutrition and Agriculture. If you don't mind, could you let me know where I can find information on a joint Nutrition and Agriculture degree? Thank you!
@melliethemortician4 жыл бұрын
@@sunandgrapes Hello, im actually doing 2 separate degrees at the same time as a double major so its taking me 5-6 years to graduate instead of 4. I talked to my counselor and asked if I could double major instead of choosing a major and a minor. The courseload isnt too heavy and it gives me multiple options when deciding on a job. There are also specifc schools for agriculture that will allow you to learn more about Nutrition. Hope that helps.

saw you hosted on Two Family Homestead, I like your beds, wish mine were mulched as nicely as yours, good job. I'm so proud for the two of you, getting started on your homestead, with food forest, and lovely garden areas. I'm 61, we bought our 1 acre 15 yrs ago, but just recently I began trying my hand at gardening and haven't done a very good job, a few tomatoes some cucumbers and maybe some squash, I so want to do more! and my goal is to raise our own pork. I would love to get me an American Guinea hog to feed out and butcher. I have a few chickens and a duck. Want a guard goose and turkeys too. Good job and nice video gr8 sound and content. My desire is to have some content too one day. You guys have such a sweet spirit about you both. I will enjoy following your channel. I bless you.

Love your homestead! So beautiful and you guys seem very happy. :) Quick note, leaving the halters on the horses while they are in the pasture can be deadly, many horses get the halters caught on something while scratching and can suffocate in 3 minutes. Your babies seem very friendly (because you treat them well I can see!! :) ) So you shouldn't have the common silly excuse people have that they "can't catch their horse". Blessings!!
