Good performance against a tough Veteran, at his age in Lipinets.... Azim needed this someone who would apply pressure and increase the tempo as the fight progresses. Azim is still young, he showed he can work on the backfoot, he has reasonable power, showed a variety of punches but he's still a work in progress and lots to work on.... No need to rush. Still needs more fights against variety of styles.

Azims good people forgetting he's young and hes still learning, he's fast, explosive, and has good defence. It's a boxing match you're going to get touched he aint mayweather. Showed good composure, big things for azim whether you like it or not

In the 80s & 90s we’d send these guys up against champions .all the greats got in early doors young 20s and had epic fights . Don’t try and plan his career to maintain his 0 loss record . If he’s good enough he won’t loose anyway and even if he does he will improve

Azims stance doesn't allow him to throw an accurate body shot, he needs to make an adjustment not leen down so much. A body shot needs to come from a round angle, not straight..

Sorry to be negative but Adam will have genuinely had better sparring than what Lipinets brought here last night - just being honest, i know these sort of fights need to happen to build a profile and get experience etc but there was NOTHING coming back, you cant learn anything in these sorts of fights, pointless.

Fighting a zepeda who never even won a title plus he was shot to bits. Lipinets known for his concussion power and iron chin, power is the last thing to go and he came to win and he pressed adam which is what we wanted to see he answered alot of questions here, chin, toughness, inside fighting, counters and timing on the inside, a whole variety and getting stronger as the fight wears on. You can name so many ways this guy beats dalton, I personally see adam boxing his head off on the outside and for whatever reason it doesn't work(100% it will) he'll walk him down and make it rough. Elite fighters have the all the tools. Dalton hasn't shown any of what adam showed last night and he's only 22 while dalton is reaching 30

Adam azim is good, but to think he’s a top level fighter and compare him with the likes of tank and Ryan García is an absolute delusion. He has never beat a live opponent, carefully matched against washed up fighters. Struggled with lipinets whe threw about 15 punches a round. Azim currently is domestic level at best. However he’s young and has potential to be a great fighter. Hopefully they don’t pump him with too much hype and cause him to live in a false sense of reality.
