Nice to see the respect at the end of the fight, a true champion.

As odd as it probably sounds to hear a fighter say it "I really don't like hurting my opponents". I've finally come to terms with the fact I have to otherwise I'll get hurt and I understand it's part of the sport but respect to a damaged opponent is an absolute must. I can't stand fighters to taunt their opponents after scoring a KO over them. Awful behaviour.

I got an absolutely amateur question: What is the force you have to punch to knock someone out? I mean in pounds on kilograms. And how can I measure the forces of my punhes without hitting someone? Thanks for the answers in advance.
@GabrielVargaOfficial3 жыл бұрын
That's a good question and I don't actually have an exact number for you. Some people can take much more impact than others. Sometimes a hard shot lands and nothing happens. Then you land a light shot and they go down. The difference is then seeing the shot coming vs not seeing it. There are many factors. But in my experience you can land punches at about 60% power and still have people go down.
