Whats the rule exactly on knees, you can't do it when the other person is on the floor but it's OK when standing?

You CAN'T knee/kick your opponent in the face when they're down, but you CAN knee/kick to the face when opponent is standing. Knees/kicks to the body are ok when your opponent is down.

Julia didn’t look like she belonged in there at all . She looked like she was In slow motion at 1/2 speed,with her strikes . The only time she appeared motivated at all was on the fence and even then it didn’t appear as a champion trying to win but more survival or eating time so when she lost it at least took a little time . . She actually looks bigger and more physical then cyborg with wider shoulders and all kinds of knots in her back . She just doesn’t punch or kick with speed , intent and aggression when afraid . Maybe she was just intimidated but she really looked physically slow and weak with her strikes . I don’t think you can beat a cyborg if you don’t hit her like you want to hurt her the same way Chris hits others once she realizes she has them mentally beaten . If you let Chris feel confident and throw with conviction and don’t return it , it’s just a matter of time . Amanda showed how to beat Chris . Amanda destroyed Chris and your not gonna do it with slow strikes thrown without bad intent . You gotta crack her . Julia Choked and looked like one of those dreams where you try and punch but you can’t generate force or speed , I guess they are nightmares but that’s how it looked . She looked like she had no expectation to win.

That's the thing, cyborg can decline a little bit because she's getting old but when she turns into cyborg beast mode it's over nd that's what makes the difference, that's cyborg special move. Even when she lost after 13 yrs she ask for a rematch but they refuse to give her because they know what is capable of doing nd u can see cyborg is always confident that she's the best nd different from others
