When people ask for a lesser known fight to watch, this has been the one I’ve always recommended for the last 10 years. Over 1000 punches thrown a piece. Omar broke his hands, broken nose, Arakawa broken orbital bone. Literally non stop punching for 12 rounds

These types of fighters are the ones who should receive bigger purses and extra bonuses for the great battle they give and the spectacle they put on for us. These are fights. There should be an organization that does something and puts more control on boxing. In fights that are fixed in favoritism, many times those who lose should also win, since it is the spectacle that they put on for the public. This is real boxing.

I Agree With This. Make Boxing Great Again. Alot Of Fighters Want Easy Careers & Cherry Picks. No Excuses. No More Mismatches. No Weight Bullying. No Weight Draining. No PEDS. And Decent Payouts For All Fighters. It Can Be Done.

I’d have to agree. Pretty good war, very even fight. Neither one has real explosive power but Arakawa knows has a granite chin. Figueroa would’ve dropped lesser fighters with some of those shots.

Worst judgment and this type of judges need to go to school on how to judge a boxing match. Both boxers did good. I would give a draw, and both come back another day to give me a clear card. To score 8 to 9 rounds, difference is total misjudgment. I disagree with the judges.

Sadly This Was One Of Omar Figueroas Last Great Preformances. Aside From Robert The Ghost Guerrero & Maybe John Molina But He Never Was The Same After This Fight. His Style Caught Up With Him. But It Was Very Entertaining To Watch When He Was At The Top Of His Peak Game. Fighters Don't Have This Spirit Anymore. They Don't Make Fights Like This Anymore. Nowadays Just Cherry Picks & Easy Money Fights. No Risky Fights. Boxers Have Lost Their Balls Now. Boxing Is Just About Money Now , Boxing Is Full Of Hypejobs , Stepping Stones & Washed Up Journey Men Getting Taken Advantage Of By Greedy Promoters.
