I would give it a miss until all that weeds gone. You’re up against it fishing at distance with mono and barbless hooks in all that weed. If i had to i would fish bow string tight, heavy lead and locked up so the fish rises on the bite, but you still have to get it through all the weed. Nightmare

The weed does not go just get thicker then fins out a little ridiculous amount of fish are lost. Only if you could use braid you'd be able to get most of them out the weed. And if you can't turn up for example car won't start etc you will lose your money you splashed out because they want a week in advance notice. How would you no that your car is going to be broken in advance or if you're too ill to be able to fish big big downside to fishing these in advance payment venues only they can win and double win probably my last yeah fishing here 4 too many stroke fucking pullers people walk around bucket swims or double bucket in swim 7:00 in the morning fucking piss take there are fucking it up for the rest of us it looks like a lot of us won't be fishing here next year as it's going to be an all exclusive venue bookings so thank you all you wankers

Sorry but he broke nearly every rule in the book fish spawn out mean well after March time so no maggots also no leaders he use leader on pva bags and on his clip. No wonder people break so many rules when going fishing as they see video like this and think it right. Dave come on you should be setting an example not teaching wrong

He has talked about nearly drowning, on a video here on KZbin, due to not wearing a lifejacket and has only recently posted a video fishing the River Lot where he doesn't wear a lifejacket. Whilst living on a boat and jumping in and out of dinghies by the way. Famous anglers are role models for kids and should behave as such. I teach kids safety when fishing and it is difficult enough without such videos. People are prepared to pay €500 for a boat but won't pay another €50 for a lifejacket.
