KZbin should definitely work on improving their algorithm for recommendations, what a pity I didn't find this channel earlier

The algorithm definitely isn’t what it used to be. Thanks for your support!

i think what i find insane is the autopilot and autoland features. these planes could literally land without a pilot. the a350 is an incredible machine, to say the least

Did this round trip with VA last month (don't recall if this was the same make/model of aircraft); the staff from gate to onboard were all so pleasant and accommodating.

from when the wheels left the tarmac at heathrow to when the wheels touched down at jfk the flight time was around 6hrs 15-20xx mins which is a lot less than 7, thats a good flight time across the atlantic.
@Southwest252 Жыл бұрын
Time in the air was 7 hours, but I stopped recording during meals so the recording is slightly less than the whole time in the air

Hi question - was the flight bumpy at all? Didnt notice any turbulence from what I can see. I’m planning to fly to The UK next yr from nyc but scared to death!
@Southwest252 Жыл бұрын
There were some bumps as we approached Newfoundland/the East Coast, but the aircraft did a great job dampening it. Nothing to worry about.

I enjoyed this video as a scared flyer I’ve promised my daughters a trip to NY next year. I’m chuffed to see the flight was so short I guess that’s to do with the wind?
@Southwest2527 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! The flight time was 7 hours but the video is a bit shorter since I paused to eat meals. But with the right wind conditions the flight time could end up being less.

WOWOWOW!! I feel jet lagged. I'm flashing back to December 1971 when my sister flew from LHR to JFK. Those 5 hours literally hit her below the belt. She was lying prone on the bed at 6 PM, dead to the world. This was when 747s had recently entered service. Anyhow, time to go watch today's General Hospital. They've got a new mob boss in town who's been trying to take over Sonny's territory. I think it's a she rather than a he.
