Full Flight: American Airlines E190 Pittsburgh to Philadelphia (PIT-PHL)

Hey guys! Today, I'm flying American Airlines on one of their E190s cross-state from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While the two cities are around 5 hours of driving time and 45 minutes flying, they are complete opposites (and hate each other in certain sports). I definitely enjoyed AA's E190 and think it's one of their better aircraft. However, their boarding process, onboard product, and certain other features like having an IFE could be improved which is why it didn't get a perfect rating in my book. American is good, but there are better options in the US such as JetBlue, Southwest, Delta, or Alaska. Hope you guys enjoy!

Seeing that Marketplace Menu cover reminded me of the last time I flew American and ordered the Hummus. Got sicker than a dog from, I presume, that Hummus. Only time I ever got sick from a flight. Still, it was a nice flight.

Nice video! I was interested because I am sending my wife from Texas to Pittsburgh (visiting her old home town) in a few days, and I have never been there myself. Just wanted to get a feel of what she will be undergoing. Pittsburgh airport looks very un-busy.

While AA uses 9 boarding groups, I've found that some groups get consolidated on small aircraft or if a larger plane has a light load. Also, AA has 4 tiers of elite F/F members. Ex Plat, Plat Pro, and Plat board in Groups 2 and 3, while Gold boards in Group 4. Group 5 is for people who paid to move up, as well as the more expensive credit cards tied to the F/F program.

yes when you go through customs and head over towards duty-free they have these restaurants and you can buy Wendys McDonald's. in Canada we have Tim Hortons. and many more

Most underused airport in America. Back in the day, it was one of the best with flights all over the U.S. plus Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Shame on the people who destroyed its greatness.
