I’ll be honest. I initially started watching Grubby for the gameplay and strategy/micro prowess. However, I now have realized what truly keeps me coming back to his content is his remarkable way of phrasing truisms. I think his accent helps it sink in more, because I’m so enthralled by the way he speaks, but I find his insights so fulfilling. Big respect Grubby, love your content!

First of all, i really missed high micro battles and intense gaming vs this guy and vs a certain FR Human etc with all that other games now included in the portfolio but i totally get why grubby's doing it, even though i miss wc3. Second, what he says about Logan and in general about dogs makes perfect sense. I personally agree with him but since I have 3 dogs, 14 YO, 10 YO and 6 months old I dont think I'll face the grief in the same set up as him because I'll have 2 dogs when the moment comes. I lived that 15 years ago when my old dog passed and the house was empty, it felt horrible. Either way, Grubby and his wife have their way of dealing with stuff and their own understanding of how life should be lived so judging it is far from adequate.

Grubby gets angry at bad Grubby. When he plays poorly or gets on a bad streak he sometimes gets angry. You know he gets angry when he becomes increasingly sarcastic and monotone in his talking voice.

Don't want to be rude but a "dog person" is either someone completely ignorant of what dogs are, or an asshole. Few days ago homeless dogs killed my neighbours cat. Few months ago another pack of dogs killed a 6 years old kid. As nobody does anything about it where I live, gotta handle the problem myself, and no I ain't gonna open a shelter

The way I think about it is that every critter only has so many years. When you accept a pet, you accept a job to make those years as happy and loving as you can. The years are limited whether you are in them or not. But you can make them better by being a mom or dad to the fur baby.

Wise words in terms of Logan and the fact that you sign up to part ways at some point, which can also be adapted to any relationship. When my GFs cat died way too young, the grief was unbearable for her. Now she is living in Den Haag and after a year of sorrow she adopted a cat from the shelter. The year was the needed break to be able to sign up to it again.
